I am a monk mesmer and run desert missions all 3 of em,500 gold each.. where else can I go and make more then that?

duo the underworld for ectos and golds

or you can always kill trolls, minos, griffons, or even hunt ids... up to you :P

If you're talking about 'running', not farming, then I suggest war camp to citadel, and citadel to copperhammer. Those are the only 2 runs I do with my solo monk.

you can make ~2k a person from wc>citadel, and 3-5k per person from cit>copperhammer

mend ailment purge conditions always come to mind, mabye even a dodging skill to avoid Pin Down / Melandru's Arrows

then again, i dont even have a monk, so mabye im being absurd

You're a 55 Monk and don't do the UW? I thought that was the whole purpose behind that build...to farm the UW. Okay, maybe "whole purpose" is a joke, but still, I'm shocked you don't do it. Take a SS/SV Necro with you and farm ectos to you're hearts content. You get other nice drops too. I take my Necro down there and got a Ruby last night, in addition to an ecto and lots of other nice loot.

absolutely not. under no circumstance should you ever be in pvp with a 55hp anything.
