I've gotten a few of these blue req 8 mesmer foci from Vaettirs lately too (assuming that's where you're farming cupcakes). I've had trouble getting above 5k. Maybe I'm unlucky, but two like this one sat in my Sell thread for a week or two with no interest (couldn't even get the s/b of 5k on each). IMO 5-10k on yours, since I have gotten up to that price for them in the past.

Agree with animal fighter on the tall shield.
