well worthless to some1 else besides yourself, you could use them for a low dagger req. weapon even though not max still will hit and you'll have an extra few attribute points to add to another skill, Imo keep
3 dmg off max is a lot seeing how max is only 17, that's almost 18% less damage. Even a 15% strength and honor inscription wouldn't make up for that 3 dmg loss.
