how long until trial accounts work?

Hey guys, while I wait to hear back from guild wars support (http://www.guildwarsguru.com/forum/r...t10434747.html) I've decided to make a trial account and play for a little bit with a friend of mine, I've made an ncsoft account and created a guild wars trial account, I've received the confirmation email and the game account says it should be "playable". HOWEVER, it would appear guild wars hates me, I can not seem to log in with this new account... I am entering the correct username and password and leaving the security question blank since there will not be any character on the account, I still receive error Code=227

The only thing I can think of is the trial account may not be on the server yet, is this possible or does guild wars just hate me?

Nevermind guys, I figured it out, my ncsoft account password was 14 digits, one digit too long for the guild wars client, feel free to delete this thread.
