PRICE CHECK -> Oni Daggers r12

Hey! I really wonder if these oni daggers are worth anything.

They are not insc, but the stats are like this:

Sundering Oni Daggers of Fortitude (Gold)
Damage: 7-17 (Requires 12 Dagger Mastery)
Damange +15% (While health is above 50%)
Armor Penetration +20% (Chance: 20%)
Health +30hp

You can modd the armor penetration and health thingy, but not the +15%

Even though the inherent is perfect, the req is fairly high still. I would personally merch/hero them as r9 ones go for hardly 10-15k.
