Here is a shield I got not to long ago. Yes I understand it is only 11 armor but the req seems REALLY low on such a shield. Maybe it's just me but I think it might be worth something!

You can get up to Armour 8 without any requirement so I don't think that this is really worth the effort of trying to sell.

It's the best armor you can get for this req, but it's nowhere near as rare as 15/7 or even 14/6 - the lower you get the more often the best armor for a given req shields drop.
Still may be worth a couple plat because it fits any character going 12/12/3 attribute split.
