CarbonVI

I have a couple friends that say Factions was their favorite. I've finished Prophecies, Factions, and am in the middle of Nightfall (so I'm still relatively new) but I'm kind of liking Nightfall the most right now. Also the Eye of the North expansion is a blast. Each of the campaigns have a different cultural influence. Prophecies is probably more English middle ages, Factions is heavily Asian, and Nightfall is somewhat Egyptian it would seem, so it's really just what interests you.

One last question is Guild Wars like other MMORPGs like Last Chaos.

Personally, I would get Nightfall, simply the fact that you get heroes will help you so much for some missions that tend to be deserted. The storyline is pretty decent, not as good as the prophecies storyline but still decent IMO. It's also got a nice variety of armor sets and different weapons.
As for Guild Wars being like other MMORPGs I would say it's defiantly not. Guild Wars isn't a 'grindfest' and you don't have to be on for xx Hours a day to get anywhere. I know people who casual play a few hours a week and are still doing pretty well ingame.

Whenever your in a City/Town/Outpost you'll be able to interact with other people in the same City/Town/Outpost. Also, Your character is not bound to the campaign they started in. You can eventually unlock all the campaigns for all your characters by doing simply quests linking them together.
