don't think it's worth more than purple, you apply it to armor and that's it :S

It's certainly worth more than the ones you can still get on drops/from rune trader.
The old -50hp major runes are worth a significant amount. It's been a couple years since I sold my old ones, but I think I got ~25k ea. for those and was later told I sold them too cheap.
The value comes from folks who collect things like this that don't exist in game anymore. It's difficult to set an exact PC quote. Perhaps someone knowledgeable in these things will come along with recent trade information, but it may very well be one of those things you simply have to list and take offers on for a while.

Sold 1 a year ago (except it had a minor rune skin) for around 75k. I know it's not much help =\. I would just stick it on the forums and let people bid... GL!
