and that staff is not inscribable, btw.

EDIT: It is NOT inscribable. "Inscribable" means it has an inscription slot. The mods will say "Inscription: [Insert name of inscription here]". All staves can have the head and wrapping changed, but an inscribable staff would allow you to change the halves casting time mod as well.

It IS insribable as i added the adepts head to it myself..
