still havent seen any echovald where you can change mods...
reQ is too high and no life mod
i would say around 20k...its not very usefull. If you find the right person maybe more

Maybe not vs spike but vs pressure over time dmg reduction can be better than +health. Very situational but has it's uses. 30k+?
