Old pre-NF staff, it was "perfect" then and while it's strictly worse than staffs dropping nowadays (just 10% universal HSR instead of 20% dropping now, and doesn't work with Adept heads)

Sell it as a Perfect Pre-Nerf 10/10 Q9 Ghostly Staff and it should get well over 100k, +15e maybe or even more from collectos as it's a really nice rarity.
A strictly better 20/10 q9 (illusion) ghostly would be worth below 10k.
