Best guesses on max b/o targets. Nothing here looks like it'll be an especially easy sell. You may want to settle for less and move on, up to you.
r9 Air 20/9 Dragon Staff - That non-max 9% really kills the price I think. The skin is still very popular, but I doubt you can reasonably expect more than 15-20k tops ... if that much.
Golden Phoenix Blades, all inherent modded - I wouldn't think much more than 5kish for any of them. Either the req. is pretty high or the fixed, inherent mod is less than ideal. I'd expect in order of most desirable to least you find it goes r12 15^50 > r10 15/-10 > r9 14wE.
r12 Oni Blade, inherent +5 en. - Again, the r12 hurts the price. Maybe 10-15k? I'm not too sure, but they're still pretty popular in lower reqs with 15^50 or +5. The skin does not exist inscribable. I don't think it's merch food, but it could be a tough sell.
r12 SotW, inherent +30 and 19% +1 DF - Interesting caster shield, and certainly not merch food. With the imperfect casting mod and the high req., I'd guess 30-40k tops. It's a pretty rough guess - I'm not well versed on these, and the funky inherent caster shields are always hard to guess PC I think.
Hopefully you get some other opinions and info to work with.
