Hi everyone,
A few days age, I finally made the time to get my Assassin through EotN. With access to Slaver's, I decided to give the old VSF a go (with a post nerf build).
After some searching, I found the following build on pvxwiki (http://pvx.wikia.com/wiki/Build:Team_-_General_VSF):
Deadly Paradox
Shadow Form
Dwarven Stability
Conviction
"I Am Unstoppable"
Featherfoot Grace
Shroud of Distress
Deat's Charge
After spending some time trying to master the pathing in NM (HM got me killed all the time, so I gave up on that for the time beïng) it appeared that the run usually fails at the same point. Allmost everytime the run fails, it is because of a random Spirit of Disenchanting pop along my path. Even with some different builds, these spirits seem to mess up the run every time.
Anyone else tried to master this run after the last Shadowform Update? And if so, any tips and or build changes that might counter or avoid the disenchanting spirits?
Thanks in advance, I'll keep trying to "perfect" this myself and keep you up to date.
Ps. Considering the amount of VSF teams in Umbral (0 that is), it seems that this run is no longer worth the effort. But thanks for the help anyways.
VSF: perma runner problem
Hardaware
Fate Crusher
If you're noticing that a disenchantment spirit is up, I'm sure you can dodge the projectiles enough. It's a stretch but it's really the only way (if it pops too far for ranger to destroy).
But as you said, the nerf heavily affected this run and the effort put in by 1 runner is not worth it imo.

When vsf was ZB like 2 weeks ago, the rit's were bringing signet of binding and taking over the disenchant spirit, I had no probs running when i used my sin, and this was my first time post nerf... i loaded up on alc, and personal cons... but... obviously you wouldnt wanna do this as a free runner for a bunch of people who are gonna bitch at you for failing because they're too noob to try it themselves.
Also, if you put up cover enchant's, the spirit should only have enough time to strip featherfoot or stability before you're well out of range, but like I said, I only ran it once on my sin, and as far as I remember the disenchant spirit only spawns by that first mob right over the bridge.
