About a month ago, I bid on and won a shield exactly like that (blue text, r7 tac 15 ar tribal shield with insc. slot)
Several people were bidding. I had bid 20e (~140k,) and the seller totally surprised me by saying I won. (He didn't leave the auction running very long at all.) Within 24 hours of picking it up, people were whispering/PMing me asking if they could buy it. I think the highest offer was +30e (~300k.) I didn't sell it because I like it and am keeping it, but I had the impression all the folks trying to buy it later were sincere in their offers.
