Help with my account

So i created my account 5 years ago for GW. Since then I have created a new email which i would like to use instead. I also dont remember the password to my old email so i cat just go on NCsoft and change the mailing address. Is there a way i can change the email without having to have my NCsoft account info?

Also I was going to get the trilogy and I was wondering if it just gave you the access keys to put in or you had to create a new one. If possible i would like to keep my old prophecies account and just add NF and Factions. NF and Factions seperate is more than th trilogy.

when you buy the new keys just add them to the one you already have this will let you move from game to game with the same char ,to change password you will need access to your NC Master Account or be able to prove you own the game by sending in a pic of the key you purchased .

To get help with restoring your account

1. gather proofs of ownership - access key slips, purchase date info, character names etc.

2. email [email protected] and include all the information you can supply. You will get an automated response to acknowledge receipt of the message. Then you wait your turn for a real person to work on helping you.

3. they will NOT change your account name - this is never done. Once you can access the account, you can change your contact email.

You can simply add the Trilogy key to your existing account. (It's just one key)
