eh one of my friends had this problem earlier. it seemed to go away. id just ignore it and take a break for an hr or 2. that always seems to resolve my lag issues.

problem solved!
i had this issues for almost 12hours..and what i did was to change port in the router for the ethernet cable ^^
so weird..
