I'll make a very rough guess of ~70-80k tops.
It seems like r9 15^50 or insc. Storm Bows go for ~50k these days. r8 15^50 would certainly be a lot more, but I don't think you can expect to get much of an r8 premium with the imperfect inherent mod.
