Blind or Weak?

I've got a pretty good derv. But I was wondering whether I should be blinding or weakening my enemies? Which is more effective?

if your PvP'ing, Your best friends are Wounding Strike + Armor of Sanctity.
So, I would take weakness. What skill are you using to blind on your derv?

blind is much more effective, but harder to apply. Weakness is, easier to apply but less effective.

If he's playing PvE, Sneak Attack is good for blind. But there's also Dust Cloak (blind) and Staggering Force (weakness).

Armor of Sanctity is the best! It weakens foes around you, and from foes suffering from a condition (e.g. the ones you just weakened) you take even LESS damage.

Weakness is overall better. It lowers the attributes of foes by 1 and reduces melee dmg by 66%. Blind only would help against melee.

Also to note, warriors and monks in RA are usually terrible, and neither will care about weakness.

You shouldn't really care about either in PvE. Death is a much better condition to inflict upon your foes than Blind or Weakness.
Leave such menial tasks to your midliners, that's what they're for.

If you really want to though, you can easily stick Armour of Sanctity on you skill bar with little cost (on demand AoE weakness and damage reduction can be helpful if things get unpleasant).
Ebon Dust Aura makes blind application easy, but costs your elite. Other blind skills are less useful.

PvP is more or less the same in this respect. Don't overload on defense - physicals kill things, casters make it easier for you to kill things or stop you from being killed.
Armour of Sanctity can give you some nice durability (especially when Warriors have a go at you) but I don't recommend anything more.

blind to prevent total dmg but it genrally wont last as long as weakness. really depends on where ur playing and what u are trying to do. weakness would prolly be the easiest choice.

In PvE, you kill it. If you must have one, [[Sneak Attack] is good for blind. In PvP, leave it to your midline to blind or weaken. You can cripple instead if you want.
