You don't have to do anything, it's already included in your current game-files.

As majoho said, you already have the "game", as the updates you have downloaded since EotN was released have included all of its areas.
When you purchased it from the in-game store, the key was automatically added to your account giving you access to the area. All you need is to be at least level 10 and do the quest that majoho linked for you. This will take you to that area and, if you are below level 20, give you a special buff so your character is not underpowered.
