found this and i would like to know if it's valid and how much does the rarity affect the price!

I own a couple r6 14al gold conches that I paid bout 30k for. so I would say for purple sharktooth somewhere near 30k

I understand that its sharktooth, I just think the demand for req6 al14 shields is alot lower than r7 and r8 ones

I wouldn't use Great Conch prices to judge other skins. I think it's Raptor farming which causes it, but Great Conches are probably the most common and highest supply of the min-req-for-max-armor inscribable Tactics shields. (Off the top of my head, I'd say the most common Tactics PvP skins are Great Conch, Skull, and Round.)

There seem to be far fewer PvP Sharktooth Shields available for sale. They have strong dye effects, and more than a few folks seem to be fond of the skin.

I'd say that PC thread from a few weeks ago is still about right. Oddly enough, you might find the purple doesn't sell for as much as the blue. I've met quite a few folks building up PvP shield sets who want only blue. I'm told it's because blues are the easiest to find, and they like all the colors to match. Gold texted versions still do get at least some premium, but I think purple will be the same or lower price than a blue.

I'm told that there is more demand for r7 and r8 Tactics versions than for r6 because there are more builds spending 7 or 8 in Tactics than 6. I've no idea of the meta or if that still holds true, but the demand for PvP tactics shields still seems to be around.

Were it mine, I'd probably still try for ~100k but be prepared to take less if there wasn't much interest.
