these are the old school salvaged items from louise haup, before they were nerfed (more balanced really) to 20% 3 yr (ish) ago.
i've never tried to sell them and every time i've checked guru auction there hasnt been a 25% mod on.

personally i'd put a value on them just for the "only obtainable from other players" part of it, but what kind of value?

thanks

Buying Humps! (No kidding! Check my buy thread)

Hello Kitty Krewe [HKK] Forever!-ish

Spooky timing! There was a PC thread about these same things a few hours after yours. I saw that one first and replied, but here's what I said.

I can't tell you a set, fixed price for them - sorry.

There aren't any popular martial damage based Charr farms that I know of, so the value of these is for the collectiblity rather than practical use. I suspect there are a lot more sword and bow versions left around if one goes looking. I know quite a few people who stocked up on those right before EotN release. The hammer version does not seem to be as well known or as easy to find. (Two different people I trust to know the various details of old "nerfed" GW gear told me there was no such thing as the 25% Hammer Grip of Charrslaying. Then someone surprised me with one out of nowhere, and all three of us learned something new.)

In the end, the price comes down to how much each set of buyer and seller agree on. Myself, I've bought them for as little as 5k (which I felt was a great deal and warned the seller so up front) and had them offered to me for as much as 100k (which I felt was overpriced, but I didn't desperately need the mod in question to finish a collection.) I've never sold any, as all the ones I have are part of my collection.

My very shaky, rough guess: I would expect 40-50k is about the max one might reasonably get for the sword or bow versions these days. If you find a motivated buyer, the hammer version might be worth more simply because there aren't as many around. Of course, hammers aren't usually as popular a weapon, so it may counteract the effect. Anything like this can take a long time to sell because there simply are not lots of people looking for these novelties most of the time.

I'd be a bit wary of selling these to any private offers right off the bat. I could be mistaken about the demand.

That's my best guess. :/ Hopefully you'll get some other opinions and/or info on recent sales.

Cheers & GL,
Luny
