The gm's of NCsoft suck

How is it possible that i get banned for botting while i didnt run a bot.
And the gm's of NCsoft simply say its final and close it.
Its for me clear that ncsoft dont care they ban innocent people and they cant detect bots otherwise they would have seen i didnt run one.
I just feel so bad no wasting 5000 hours and buying all campaigns and extra slots now.
So be warned al they can just ban you and then they simple ingnore you.
And that pisses me off the most it seems that a player has no rights at all and nowhere to turn when you get falsly banned.

This is a common occurance in gaming companies who CANNOT remedy a certain issue. They will target a select few innocent people and ban them, making them an "example" for people who are thinking about breaking the rules.

This happened frequently with a gaming company called "Nexon" and their game "Combat Arms". Many people went on the forums calling out expert players on their skills and saying they hacked. Well enough people bitched for Nexon to take action against these innocent people. Hundreds of expert players got banned because Nexon felt the feelings of the NX Cash buying children comes first.

Most likely you are innocent. If so, this is a low step for NCSoft. If you are guilty, then go to hell for wasting my time.

Take it up with support. Keep fighting if you're truly innocent.
