PC on Holy Staff

In the course of faction farming, I picked up a gold that looks conspicuously like it might be something other than vendor trash:


Insightful Holy Staff of Enchanting
Halves skill recharge of spells (Chance: 20%)
Energy +10
Fire Damage 11-22 (Requires 10 Divine Favor)
Energy +5
Enchantments last 20% longer
Inscription: "Aptitude not Attitude"
Halves casting time of Divine favor spells (Chance: 20%)


Is this worth anything? Something? Nothing? Ahh, this is what I get for ignoring the market for, well, ever. Thanks in advance.

What you have there is a max, gold (I assume,) inscribable r10 Holy Staff with some nice mods attached. The parts are worth more than the whole (rather like stolen cars! lol)

I'd recommend using a Perf kit to remove the inscription to be sure you can remove the wrapping, too. Whether you want to use a perf kit or a normal expert kit to get the rest is up to you.

20% Apptitude Not Attitude inscriptions can sell for ~8k w/out much trouble these days (check recent replies to the components PC guide to be sure, but I think I'm calling that right.)

20% Staff Wrapping of Enchanting can sell for 3-5k+ w/out much trouble these days (again, double check me with the recent replies on the PC guide.)

A clean or junk modded r10 max gold inscribable Holy Staff is probably worth 2-3k right now.

A +5 Insightful Staff Head is probably worth 1-2k these days, but they're not usually as easy to sell as the other two mods.

Were that mine, I'd strip the inscription and wrapping. If the staff was still left, I'd leave the head on it and try to get 2-3k for it.
