I have all of the heroes, And I've tried sabway/discordway and I really dont see how they're that great.

For me personally, I like to take 2 Monk heroes + 1 Interrupt Mesmer.
One Monk is set as UA and the other as a LS prot monk.
I have both Monks run Cure Hex, can never get enough hex removal. After that it's really up to you.

Either check the build section here on the GWGuru forums although it may be a bit outdated. For the most recent builds that have been tested and are know to work check http://pvx.wikia.com/wiki/Main_Page. It should have what you're looking for
