Divine symbols are very common, especially the tyrian ones. I'd say merchant food or sell the mods.

EDIT: some advice, gw wiki helps to determine wether an item is rare or not, if it's rare, it usually says under which specific conditions it can be obtained. If it's really common, they just show the campaign it's from.

EDIT2: well, apparantly people pay 30k for this regardless of the skin, I stand corrected

Since it's old school, he can't remove/sell the mods.

I really am not sure on a price, but I'd pay ~30k for this. It could be worth more (I don't know how rare this skin is old school with useful mods), but definitely not merch.
