2 man combo

Hey i was wondering does anyone know a good combinations of 2 players that would go good in a random arena setting? me and my bro just started and we want to make characters that complement each other but neither of us wants to play a healer... so what 2 classes put out a lot of melee damage and would go good together?

by "random arena setting" do you mean the pvp gametype called "random arenas"? or do you mean general usage pve?

if the first, you won't be able to play together unless you sync, but i'd recommend ranger+necro (warrior/mesmer/ele would also be decent choices).

if you meant pve, warrior+nec would be good. or assassin+rit if you have factions. but really, pve is open to a fair amount of combinations, you can't really go wrong with any class. but having a good balance between frontline, midline, backline would be good.

lol, dual warriors would pwn Or a warrior and a paragon. Basically, if you have two players with heroes, you are good for practically any area of the game. Really, you and your bro playing together will make the game much easier, because you can complement each other so well.

Look on PvXwiki for the team builds, particularly the builds that are for just two players.

well, in random arena, it's random... you won't get to play on each others teams unless you randomly get paired together...

but i thought that if you were grouped with someone than your group will go in together

In Random Arenas you can only press 'Enter Mission' and then be grouped with 3 randomly selected people. You cannot form groups there.

you cant join together in a group but you can sync times and have a good chance to get in together. from what i hear ra is full of bots like half the shit in the game anyways so dunno why youd wanna play it
