Alas, I suspect these are merch food. While there is still farming based on lowering one's health you can get the +5/-20 from an inscription (called Life is Pain,) and put it on an inscribable focus with a second mod from a focus core.
So what you have here are just single modded offhands. I can't see them being worth much at all nor can I see them being easy to sell even for cheap.
