Have Trilogy but no NF?

so i check the ingame store and want to buy something. im looking at the products and it says i have the Trilogy pack. but i have no NF?

You are not able to create a character in the nightfall campaign? Or have you just not yet done the quest that will take you over to nightfall?

cant create a charcter in NF.

oh... Yeah, i would definitely check with support on that, sounds like a pretty serious problem if you can't get to a NF character creation screen despite having purchased the trilogy.

That is strange. Did you happen to purchase each campaign separately? The only thing I can think of is that perhaps a separate Key for nightfall was opened but not added.

One of my guildies had a problem like that. He created two new accounts trying to add factions to his main account.

well i bought factions and proph seperatley. but in the IN-game store it says i can not purchased the trilogy pack? is it because i already own the other 2?

Are both of these on the same account? (i.e. the same login)
If so you just need to buy NF and add it to the same account.

Your post says you have trilogy yet you mention buying Proph & factions separately so why are you trying to buy Trilogy... I'm confused

If you already have Prophecies and Factions you can not buy the trilogy pack because that is all 3 campaigns. You will have to buy Nightfall separately from the in game store as you did the other 2.

If he has Prophecies and Factions and not yet NF, it would be weird if the ingame store mentiones he cannot buy the Trilogy cos he has it.
That would imply he has NF to.
The ingame store message should be different then, saying he cannot buy the Trilogy cos he already has Prophecies and/or Factions.

^ what he said. i thought it was strange saying that i had it but no NF. it should say purchased 1 out of 3 or something. the message in the Ingame store confused me :/ but thanks guys for the help!
