req 7 14 al tact shield worth anything

just wondering, no special skin just round shield.

stats:

-20% crippling duration

+30hp

Don't think it has any value, only r7 15ar are sought after, from what i saw.

req7 15s are around 70-100k depending on skin so i'd say at least 20-30k. Someone will buy it.
