loading images for Windows 7

I tried the -image way of downloading images on windows 7, but when i double-clicked on the image shortcut, it just took me into the folder where I had just downloaded the client. When I ckicked on that, the game started and is downloading the files the long way.

Anyone know how to do this?

Double check to make sure you have the command typed correctly ("C:\Program Files\Guild Wars\Gw.exe" -image). I'm running 7 as well, and -image works perfectly fine.
