If I have two bloodstained insignia's will they stack? (same with Minionmasters)

Bloodstained is universal so you only need one. Minion Master insignia is per armor piece, so while they don't "stack" (giving you multiple buffs), they give the buff to every piece of armor to which they are applied.

Due to the way damage works in GW, its still beneficial to have the same insignias on different armor pieces.
