Whether I've been in a PUG, an actual thought-brought-together (TBT) group or hero/hench'ing, I've never seen one drop... ever...

Yeah, the only one I've gotten (or even seen, ironically) is the Beacon of the Unseen. Looks kinda nice, but lame stats.

Someone else discovered the icons somehow. I forgot what, but there's a thread here somewhere that explains it. These are the only skins that I am waiting for. And if anet is really just leaving them for the mantle npcs, I will be really pissed.

No way they're just going to leave them for the mantles. I think its good that the new greens have crap stats, makes them cheaper to get lol.

Yeah, pretty sure this or next Thurs a npc will show up taking medals of honor for those mantle weps.

They're greens. And anet is already aware of the modable green bug of which they had no intention of allowing it to happen from the first time. Sorry if that ruined your hopes. Maybe hope we get gold drop versions of those soon, then.

They are golds and I did tell her that she should hope for gold versions of those skins, that way they can be modable.
