This is the guy we're supposed to kill for the new daily shining blade quest today, does anyone know where he is? Him nor any of the bosses that share his spawn point are where they are marked in the wiki or anywhere between ToA and Cursed Lands.
I feel I'm missing something since only other allies I have spoken to are having this trouble and no one has posted about it on here yet!

He's not there. he is at teh exit to Kessex peak. The map should be already updated on wiki.

I VQ'd The Black Curtain earlier and saw him...he's slightly above the southeast corner of the zone.

BTW, I noticed he had a capturable Earthshaker elite. If you don't have it on a particular character, that is quite a cumbersome one to capture normally.
