well its -2 physical dmg so a tank wont be using it. The hope is that the skin is one of the more wanted ones that a caster wont care that the -2 enchanted is a bad mod. r13 hurts it but again the skin helps it. 50-100k area imho larger range due to the above mentioned reasons.
