Q --> Can we conclude that Courier Falken doesn't spawn when you dont have Eye of the North?
However when both accounts are in the party, he DOES spawn

correct, you must watch zinn's trial to see dialogue 4 which then unlocks the keep and courier falken, therefore making EotN a requirement.

ive gotten mixed results on this.
one of my alts that doesnt have eotn cant do this at all.
My main who has eotn+proph+ seen the stuff can do this.
and my other alt that has eotn+proph but not seen the dialogue can do it.
So i think you have to have eotn but not acctually see the trial? thats what i get out of it.
