Since the damage mod is the important part here, it's basically worthless.
Salvage the mods and merch the sword.

The dmg mod on it is very frowned-upon, and rarely used. You could try selling it at 10-20k due to nice skin and max mods, but it would be a real pain and might take a lot of time to get rid of, if ever.

So i'd recommend salvaging the mods and merching the rest.
