I can bring heroes from Nightfall to Prophecies?

I heard someone say that I can do that, but how? I've got a character on prophecies that I played when the game just came out, and I remember that I couldn't advance the story because I couldn't find anyone to party with and my henchmen would just die. So maybe heroes will be better than henchmen. How can I get heroes with my Prophecies character?

Assuming you have NF, as soon as you get there from Proph, you'll get a bunch of heros to play with. (Provided you get to LA and can do the quest mentioned in the above reply.)

They'll then travel with you were ever you go, if you want a hero, just call them up with you are in a town/outpost. There are only a few missions (in all the games) that you aren't able to bring your heros with you.

I have no idea where Lion's Arch is. I guess if I just keep playing I'll eventually reach it? I'm lvl 10 right now

yes, you have to progress much further in your prophecies game until you can travel to either nightfall or EotN to obtain heroes. once you obtain them though, they can be taken to any continent.

Worse case ... get a run to LA, but playing thru the game is more fun

also, henchmen selection will make a fairly big difference. make sure to always bring a monk; 2 of em as it becomes available.
