Getting the Livia recuits Zinn dialog

Yeah i have been having trouble getting this dialog from the shining blade camp in talmark wilderness. Ive witnessed the trial of zim and have gone to the camp livia is there but theres no sign of Zinn..

When i was at the trial of zin after he got banished he just walked up to GOX with MOX and stood there doin nothing, i wonder if i did this properly? none if the npc's said anything new so i just mapped away

If anyone can tell me what im missing to get this 'Livia recuits Zinn' dialog that would be great

You did Zinn's Trial just right, don't worry about that. Have you tried zoning back and forth between Tears of the Fallen and the Shining Blade camp to make sure that you trigger all of the dialogues?

I, on the other hand, have only been getting the Zinn/Livia scene in the bladecamp. I've watched it to its entirety to the point of the three NPCs disappearing but haven't been allowed access to the throne room nor the secret lab. I've seen all of the necessary dialogs, but am still happily greeted with that scene at the camp. Oh, how it mocks me.

Did you do the Gwen and Thackery Dialogue Line? This one takes place in the Hall of Monuments. It ends in a Scavenger Hunt where you have to collect items for Thackery, then head back into the HoM to see the final dialogue of that as well.

You should get another dialogue that talks about recruiting others at the Shining Blade Camp. Guessing you got that already since you already have Livia Recruits Zinn.

As well if you already did Gwen and Thackery, make sure to go outside the Eye of the North to see the Ebon Vanguard recruited as well.

After that, you should be able to get in the Keep.

That bit isn't necessary. I've done only the candles for Thackeray, so I've not "finished" the scavenger hunt, so I've never got to see the final Gwen/Kieran dialog, nor the Ebon Vanguard recruitment, yet I have 6 characters (so far) in the keep doing the wanteds.
