WTB Req9 Command Shield

Requirements: Max, req9 Command, inscribable (duh), moddable with handle

Preferences on skin: Aureate Aegis, Scarabshell Aegis (although with Scarabshell I'd want to try it on to see about clipping, so a placeholder arrangement would be required)
