37 presents for everyone

How about a little celebration for banning the botters? I was thinking an event where everyone can get 37 presents a piece. It'll probably be mostly title stuff (sweets, drink, and sparklers), but at least it is something out of the norm that could be done if anet wanted to.

This leads to socialism in GW that will ruins economy. Reset drop rate, you have to work hard to earn a hard deserving wealth assets than "redistribute the wealth" to lazy people.

They should hang the charcters of those banned divided among the outposts in game for deco. Maybe just do that in the UW, idk.
