I was reading the official wiki page aboug Dhuum and saw this:

Skill. Resurrection skills won't help you. Your account is banned. - Used by Dhuum outside of the Underworld.

and later this

Since the May 26th 2010 update, Dhuum appears in-game whenever an account is terminated and kills the player.

this happened when they recently banned all the accounts that were botting. they showed up in towns and "killed" the players

yea since now anet decided to take action against botters this might be a common place sight(i've still yet to see it).

Yeah... I saw dhuum pop up in RA yesterday and smack a mesmer with his OP scythe. This is after the initial bot ban day where HA was 5 districts deep of people watching for fun...
