Hi,
I wonder some what hotkeys are available.
Is it possible to bind shift + something to a skill?
Like doing one skill by pressing F, and another when pressing shift + F
And is it possible to bind skills to the mouse buttons from, let's say, a razer mouse?
And what hotkeys do you use?
Please also explain how to bind it, if it's more complicated than adding it to the Option meny
Thanks :-)
Available hotkeys?

Take a look here:

As for binding them other than ingame options/controls, I can't answer that.

Yes you can bund stuff to mouse using the in game options
I have a razer orochi and have one button bound to target foe and the other to tab through enemies

Log in to Guild Wars, press F11 and choose "Control". There you can bind any key to a lot of game functions.
I have a 7-button mouse and bound the additional buttons to the hero flag-controls.
Unfortunately, some of the additional mouse buttons won't work in the game as mouse buttons, but I can remap the mouse buttons to key presses with the mouse-software and use these keys in the game. X-Mouse Button Control is also a very good vendor-independent mousebutton remapping tool.
My setup:
The mouse sends "Mouse button 4" and "Mouse button 5" messages that Guild Wars understands. The other mouse buttons are not recognized by Guild Wars, but I can remap them.
So I remap the additional mouse buttons with the mouse software to function keys like this:
Middle-click to F5
Tilt-left to F7
Tilt-right to F8
X-Mouse button control is able to do this special remapping only while Guild Wars is running - very convenient.
Now I remap in Guild Wars:
Command hero 1 gets "Mouse button 4"
Command hero 2 gets F7
Command hero 3 gets F8
Command party gets F5
Clear party commands gets "Mouse button 5"
I once had a Razer mouse, and with it "Mouse button 4" and "Mouse button 5" weren't recognized by Guild Wars, so I also remapped these buttons to other keys as well. I remapped them to "r" and "v". This may seem silly, since you have to move the previous functions from that keys to other keys. Simply choose other keys you are not using at the moment from the right hand of the keyboard.
In my setup, I have remapped almost every key on the left hand of the keyboard to non-default locations. For example, I don' use WASD for movement, but ESDF instead (i moved the keys one to the right). For me, it's more convenient this way. If you are interested, I can post my exact setup, but it is probably better to try out your personal best keyboard map for yourself.
It is not possible to map a key "F" to one skill and a different skill to "SHIFT-F". These modifiers won't work, unfortunately. The same with the CTRL or ALT keys.

You can use something like autohotkey to bind keys for things in the game.
