PI - Now works on any skill. Heroes only use it on spells.
Chaos Storm - Now has no conditional effects, on-cast or otherwise. Heroes only use it on casters. I feel like it should be used more like fire AOE now.
Those are the only two I've found for now. I'll update with more if I find more.

/signed, by the way. PI on a hero is just too unwieldy. Also, AI should be more likely to cast Panic on a group than a single target.

I learned that Psychic Instability could interrupt anything because Erys Vasburg kept knocking down monsters using healing signets or traps or similar. The PI ai has been fine since the update; I don't know why you are having trouble with it.

Ran around in isle of nameless and confirmed gwen PI-ing healing signet consistently. She never seemed to bother doing this to attack skills though.
PI is problematic on popular illusion spam bars because the hero is often queueing wandering eye while casting clumsiness, and both skills have relatively long cast times. With enough things to spam they'll rarely get around to their interrupt. You take something like Erys the factions hench and watch him use the skill on recharge because his bar isn't loaded to the gills. The only thing I might ask for is to up their priority on using the skill.
