Btw, am i reading it wrong, or, in
theory, "Hardware or software, ... which may in any way influence or advantage your use of the Service" includes pretty much everything (watch, wiki page, ipod, etc...)
The rules of conduct are way more clear: "You may not use any third-party program (such as a "bot") in order to automate gameplay functions, including playing, chatting, interacting, or gathering gold or items within Guild Wars."
