Low req Strength shields are exceptionally hard to find buyers for due to the fact that they serve no purpose. Since yours is blue, and the skin is rather common, it would be safe to assume that it can be merched.

Agree with Oath. If it was gold, it would be a different story though.

These *can* be sold, but it takes awhile. I had a blue q8 Lotus Shield in my sell thread for months that ended up eventually selling for 5k or something.
