PvX Exp but laid back player lf guild

Hello, my ign is Being of Soul and I mainly play on my Rit and permapresearing monk. I've logged about 1100 hours into the game over the past 4 years or so. I am looking for an American guild that is experienced(no noob questions constantly popping up), but still laid back and not incredibly hardcore. Needs to be Kurzick and I would prefer one that often does DoA runs and title hunting. Thank you.
