Help needed, Please read.

Ok, Well I did play GW about 1 year ago? Maybe more...But now when i have came back to play on my account you have brought out the new security question where it says "Enter the name of any character on your account" - But I'm not sure of a characters name on my account? I have all the guild wars bought on it and im kind of disappointed about this because its such a good game...

Wondering if there is a way to find out one of my characters names somehow? This is really annoying me and kind of making me think if i will get my account back seeming as i bought each game for like £25 each or somthing like that

This is not ANet, it's just a fan site. You need to contact GW Support. The good news is, they've had a lot of people in this situation, and if you can prove the account is yours - have your original keys handy - they will tell you a character name.

you wouldn't happen to have any screenshots laying around would you?

Screenshots, forums, friends, all those helps..

a friend of mine hade the same problem he just contacted support and sended his account info + guildwars key and got his char name in half an hour so probably thats the best way to get it back (:

All you can do is look for screenshots, ask a friend if you have some playing GW or contact support and have all the necessary info ready

But seriously though, contact Anet, have your box info and all at hand, you will get your character names. But ofcourse its easier and less time consuming if you know someone that could actually remember your name.

two more things: if any of your real life friends have you added to their friends list, that'll show a character name, and if you are still in a guild (maybe not after a year gone) and you have a way to contact anyone in your guild (private forum, etc) they could do the same

but still......you didn't take a single screen shot? those generally have your HUD displayed
