Fresh install processes

Out of curiosity, how many processes run after a fresh install of Win7-64 Home Premium.

I recently purchased a new asus laptop, i uninstalled most of the bloatware that came with it but i find the RAM usage to be a bit high after boot up nonetheless (currently at 1.6GB running AMD GPU clock tool, HWiNFO32 and opera with 6tabs)
