Ok I haven't been on GW in about 1 month. I totally skipped the WiK thing. Where do I start WiK? I'm confused on what I have to do first. Basically, what do you do first to start the quest chain?

The quests seem to be cycling like the zaishen quests do. There's a thread in Riverside saying it's started to repeat today.
