Before, if you were issued a ban during a GvG match, you would error007 out of the game, and then when attempting to log back in, receive the error045.
Now, when you are issued a ban, Dhuum comes to get rid of you, forcing you to log out, and subsequently... get the error045. It's not different in practice, only in visual effect.

I personally have enjoyed the one time I got to see him semi up close, but I was still pretty far away in Lions. I want to see Dhuum asploding people more often, not less!

i think he means he wants it reserved for perma bans only,
so that immature ppl wont purposefully use racial slurs or verbal abuse to invoke Dhuum.
scenario: (12 yr old kid). aww.wtf i gotta go on a 2week family vacation. cant play guild wars....*zones kamadan ad1*. "**** all of you. you're all ****sucking **** *** * * * * * * * **" etc etc. just to see dhuum.

But yeah I think it should be reserved for more serious/multiple offenses...maybe not just for perma bans...
But...banned a second time for something? yeah sure I'd love to see it....
It keeps some of the effect for anet showing that they are banning people (as people are stupid and will repeat offenses) while still keeping the impact...

lol im on like 7hrs a day+ and never see him.. so i totally agree that we need to see more of him(aka let the marked person who is gonna be banned log on THEN get banned)

Yesterday I noticed a person selling EOTN keys in game. Now I don't know if that is a bannable offense but I waited to see Dhuum anyway. Fortunatly for him/her he didn't show.
